What you’ll need for your breakfast shake:
- NutriBullet (get yours here)
- 1 Young Living NingXia Nitro (Get 24% discount on this and all YL products mentioned here)
- 1 drop Favorite Young Living Vitality Oil (I like Peppermint)
- 8oz. Organic Almond Milk
- 1 TBS Elderberry Syrup (I use this one)
1 TBS Young Living MindWise
- 2 Scoops Young Living Balance Complete
- 2 TBS Cacao Powder (I use this one)
- 1 banana
Put in liquids then powders. Blend.

Sweet vs Bitter
